Delivery Policy Overview:
At Azaan by Sana Hassan we strive to provide you with delivery and shipping services that hold your shopping experience at the heart of what we do. All customers are significant to us therefore we have opened up our doors to provide shipping services worldwide.
General Overview:
Please note to check the dispatch information in the product pages, as some of our products have different dispatch dates.
During checkout, please ensure a correct shipping address is entered on checkout as any mistyping or errors may result in a loss of product and displacement which will be difficult to track forward
We currently do not deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Shipping times may vary during bank/public holidays and during peak periods. We are not liable for delays that may occur as a result of courier related matters.
Standard Tracked Delivery Policy:

Standard Tracked Free Nationwide Delivery (UK Mainland: 2-4 days) All Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days and shipped out as standard delivery in UK mainland (excluding the Highlands).
Europe
Standard Tracked Free Europe Delivery (Europe: 4-7 days) We deliver across Europe to over destinations aiming to deliver your order within 4-7 working days shipped out as standard delivery.
International
International Standard options available at cost on checkout*
Standard Tracked International Delivery (International 4-7 working days) All other and International Orders sent via a standard tracked delivery service (Including USA, Canada & Australia) to over 120+ worldwide destinations across the globe our courier partners aim to deliver your order within 4-7 working days please note this option comes at a cost which will be provided to you based on your address when entered at checkout
Express Tracked Delivery Policy:

Parcel Not Reached Within Timeframe:
However, if for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 15 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact Sales@azaanbysanahassan.co.uk . All delivery methods are exclusive of any customs and duty/ import charges in your country which may or may not be applicable.
Pre-Ordered Range Delivery Policy:
Please Note to check the dispatch information in the product page, as some of our products have different dispatch dates. As some products may be ‘Available for Backorder (Pre-Order) we have indicated timeframes of when the order shall be fulfilled.
Please note if you are looking to purchase a pre-order clothing item dispatch dates are indicative and cannot be guaranteed however all efforts will be put forward to ensure this is met in a timely manner.
Pre-order dates listed on our website are estimates and as such are not guaranteed. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to change without notice and can delay shipping or may vary slightly due to freight. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the shipping terms and that any requests for refunds will not be approved.
Store Currency / Exchange Rates:
All purchases made at Azaan By Sana Hassan LTD will be made in Great British Pounds Sterling (£) and International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate as required.
Customs Fees, Taxes or Charges:
Orders placed outside the UK mainland may be subject to duties or taxes due to importing restrictions on certain products and materials. These additional taxes, fees, or charges may apply to your order according to your local legislation, and it is your responsibility to pay this. Any duties or taxes will only apply once your parcel has reached the destination country. We have no control over these charges therefore we cannot advise you of what the costs may be as they will vary from country to country.
If you are unsure about whether the charges may apply to your order it is your responsibility to contact your local customs authority regarding these matters prior to placing your order.
Requesting Order to Be Left In A Secure Location On Delivery:
If you wish to have an order left in a secure, safe location you should contact us as soon as you have placed your order with your request. Any orders requested by yourself to the us at checkout or to the delivery partners to be left in a safe location is at the risk of the customer making the purchase. Please note Azaan by Sana Hassan will not be liable to compensate orders that are damaged or lost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels:
In the event of your parcel being lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, an immediate refund will not be issued. In an event as such please do note Azaan By Sana Hassan LTD are not liable to reimburse or compensate the lost or damaged parcel this must be taken up with couriers.
Operated Delivery and Shipping Days:
Monday to Friday is classed as working days where orders are processed for delivery. Saturday and Sunday and all Public bank holidays are not classed as working days, orders will not be processed on these days. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on Saturday or Sunday.
