To create an Azaan By Sana Hassan account

In the event of a password being forgotten or misplaced please follow the steps advised below:

Click on to ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign in page

Enter email address associated with this account

Check your inbox for the email provided and click on the link that will have been sent to you by Azaan By Sana Hassan

Now follow the link to enter your new password
Although you can order as a guest, having an account will enhance your shopping experience by keeping you up to date with newsletters, storing your billing/shipping information and ensuring faster checkouts. Also allowing to build multiple Wishlist’s is a functionality for registered account holders, you can however still maintain a Wishlist as a guest but please note the functionality may vary to a full-service option.
Yes; you have the flexibility to change any personal information including billing and shipping details within the ‘Account’ menu at the top of the header. Please note once amended these changes will be reflective upon checkout when making a purchase post the changes to personal information.
Please note your order history can only be viewed if you have registered an account with Azaan By Sana Hassan. If this is the case you can access your order history and purchases from the ‘Account’ menu at the top of the header.
As a registered account user, you have the ability to create multiple Wishlist’s with different titles for example you may want to have a collection of shawls as one collection and three-piece-suits as another. Moreover, you also can use the Wishlist’s to share across social networks or move between cart and move between your multiple Wishlist’s collections as well.

Please enter all your desired items to your shopping cart, follow these instructions below:
To order as a guest:

Click on the “Shopping Cart” button and proceed to Checkout check box

Enter all your required billing and shipping information

Review all information. Products, Shipping Address, Billing Address and Payment Details

Click on the Shipping Method and choose your shipping method preferred

Review the terms and conditions checkbox to progress ahead for payment with the method mentioned on checkout

Click on “Pay Now’ which will direct you how to make payment

Once done you can check your email for the order confirmation

An order confirmation email should be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order. If you didn’t receive one to your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. If it still isn’t there, please contact us via email at sales@azaanbysanahassan.co.uk
Unfortunately, Azaan By Sana Hassan is unable to reserve or hold any products for any customers. An item can only be reserved once purchased for the customer.
Available on Backorder is to be represented as Pre-Order items only. This means the product is available as pre order with the details of the Pre-Ordering timeframe being directly below this status on any given products. Please note we at Azaan By Sana Hassan adhere to giving best timeframe estimations possible however at times there may be unforeseeable delays made at which point you will be notified and a representative at Azaan By Sana Hassan will be in touch to update you of this.

Order on Hold: This is an order notification sent to customers containing order details after an order is placed on hold.

Order Processing: This is an order notification sent to customers containing order details after payment authorisation has been received from the payment gateway and stock has been confirmed and your order is being processed.

Order Complete: Order complete emails are sent to customers when their orders are marked completed and usually indicate that their orders have been shipped.

Order Cancelled: The order was cancelled with a note on what the situation and reasoning behind this cancellation may be.
Yes; You have the option at checkout to enter a different shipping address is needed to simply check the ‘Use a different billing address’ option under the ‘Shipping Address’ tab on the checkout page. If a registered account user you can also do this on your ‘Account’ menu above the header.
